Axiell's annual maintenance contracts provide technical support services with up to 24x7 coverage and include software upgrade services.

With more than 300 staff across 24 offices in Europe, North America, Australasia and the Middle East, and a growing presence in Asia, we have people on the ground supporting our customers wherever they are located. Support in each of our offices is available, at a minimum, between 09:00 and 17:00 local time Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays; or at other times by arrangement with customers in the region.

However, with offices across so many time zones we are uniquely positioned to provide our customers with support virtually 24 hours each working day. Although support requests are typically managed by a local Support team, if an urgent request comes in outside local business hours, our staff in another time zone will be available to help.
